I may or may not have just used "buwan" (moon) and "araw" (sun) to make their species names... (I do that a LOT, so uhh... Yeah :D)

Also, I was struggling SO BADLY with Moon's nightcap/hat because I had no clue how it should look?? So I just based it off an Anglerfish and called it a day (it is a common design choice after all soo ye :3) + their eyes are like that, yes! Since when I gave them normal eyes, it looked weird on them (Ｔ▽Ｔ)

Though not related, Sun and Moon will be referred to as brothers in this AU :)!

Eclipse's design will be revealed after I post the second part to the comic :)

(I am half asleep as I type this draft out + made the art, so if theres any grammar mistakes... uh, wdym they were never there.... hahahahaha.... im going insane. /silly)

My TSBS Pet Peeves (or TSAMS/TLAES/MGAFS in general)

◇ People asking for either two characters to have their own show

- This one in general pisses me off in all sorts of angles. Not every character needs a show just because you want it. Especially after what yall did to mgafs. Almost all you wanted a Monty show, but here we are, and it barely gets any views, and Montys character is everywhere. He's either chill and helpful in TSAMS. Or he's greedy and two-faced in TLAES (unless he's with Earth). And in MGAFS, he's the same with TSAMS Monty but also with a mix of TLAES Monty. What I'm saying is once Monty got his own show, his character was ruined. It isn't stable. And I don't want that with other characters, especially with Jack and Dazzle (also I just don't want them to become traumatized they're a kind of relief of stress to some fans once heavy lore videos come out and are a breathe of fresh air so let's leave it like that). Also, you gotta realize there are people behind the screen who have lives to live instead of being behind a screen 24/7, spitting out videos everyday bc their fans want another show that will triple their work load and ruin the characters while the show goes on

♤ People who comment, "Can't wait for the next lore video!"

- I hate these comments underneath gaming videos. ESPECIALLY IF THEY DROP 2 GAMING VIDEOS IN TWO DAYS. JUST WATCH THE VIDEO AND SHUT UP OR LEAVE AND BE A LORE WATCHER PLEASE! Stop living in the future and live in the present that has the gaming video. It's giving you a break of the lore videos. Take it. You'll need it, especially if you're the one to cry to heavy lore videos (I'm not dissing you if you cry to these, you have emotions. Good for you!)

◇ Those who baby characters

- I'm not talking about the people who say baby girl to characters they find attractive or whatever. You guys are cool and funny at times 👍. I just don't like it when people treat characters like literal "defenseless little BaBiEs WhO nEeD tO bE pRoTeCtEd aT aLl CoSts 🥺🥺🥺" . No. No, they do not. They all have mentioned that they're all adults even though they don't have canonical ages (unless it's dazzle/Evelyn. They're a kid who needs guidance. That I can understand). Especially with Lunar and Sun. Mostly Lunar. You all treat him like a kid. Yes, he may act like one, but he has brought this up so many times. He acts like this because it's what he is comfortable with and used to (also, bc isn't he the opposite of Moon? He's gonna act like that). Not to mention, even the show has brought this up. Lunar can take care of himself he has shown that. He is just restricted because of the Astrals and their distrust with him (probation). Not to mention he has worked with Eclipse and Bloodmoon for a time being. He has expressed he is willing to kill if it came to it (Eclipse Era) and let Bloodmoon kill people as long as it kept him at bay. Lunar is not a baby he has done things that would classify him as an assistant to murder (still love him 🤭).

♤ People who comment "_____ gives you determination"

- It became annoying over time by how much I saw of it. Just stop of you do this. If you don't have anything you want to comment on, then don't comment

Anyways I'll probably talk more of my pet Peeves on another post bc I forgot most of them. Yeah, I ain't done 😈 🙏 Also I just don't want to be seen as a sour grape :P Soo yeah :D!

🌫️ Fog - What was the hardest part of your WIP to write? For your original project 👀

World building and knowing what to tell or show when. I've unfortunately taken on for my first original writing project a completely new epic fantasy setting with a lot of characters and complicated family and regional dynamics and it's a lot to think about, consider, plan. I do a lot of world building through discovery writing which also makes my process slower. Like I did a lot of planning ahead of time but I'm realizing more comes out organically once I'm trying to write out the plots and think about characters and their motivations. But it also means that in the editing phase I am going to have to fill in some more stuff to explain this world to the reader more. I am not really someone that likes to sit and think about world building on its own. It happens more naturally for me to ask a question about a world as a character makes a decision or I see them in a setting as I write and then I begin to know what questions and answers to gather.

🌙 Eclipse - What's the most common/reoccurring theme for your WIP(s)?

Secrets are a big theme. I like the dynamic of keeping a secret and how it bonds characters together and how trust can be broken by holding that secret with each other. The intersection of the supernatural with the natural world and how the inability for us to control or predict nature can be an eerie thing. My OG project right now centers around this idea that devastating events that happen in nature are controlled by unseen forces and my characters have to discover the truth behind why it's happening to save more people from dying. So lots of events like volcanoes erupting, forest fires, hurricanes, and earthquakes as metaphors of what happens when you cover up the truth of the world (may be very much inspired by current events and the direct attacks on science right now.

I also seem to like playing around with the idea of trees as being portals to the beyond (or below 👀😈).

I went to The Mint Museum on a trip recently and I took some pictures of things in their gallery that were inspiring to look at for my OG project right now.

🌈 Rainbow - What do your think makes your story unique / stand out? OG and fanfic

I think there are a few "zenkindoflove" signatures that you see across my writing.

Intuitive flow - I've had people tell me that my writing feels very easy to follow and can be immersive especially when inside character's heads.

Immersive/emotional smut - I write LONG sex scenes. I get very detailed both in what the characters are doing, feeling, and thinking in any given moment during a sexual encounter. Like 5-7k long sex scenes sometimes. I try to really find a nugget of an emotion to highlight during the scene, whether it's the elation of finally experiencing this together, a desperate need to fill, an exploration of confidence or control, or just an expression of connection and love. I guess that all makes it sound flowery but I think I do this all really well while making the scenes very hot/dirty/sexy to read too.

Playful intimacy - I think I capture really well the fun/playful/flirty/happy moments within a budding or established romance. Or fluff hahaha. I love to extend after sex/pillow talk scenes. It's rare I will write two characters having sex and then just leave you after they'd finished. I like to explore what the after is, especially the smiley moments and touching when all the barriers are down. I also think that figuring out that development and how it progresses in a relationship helps when I am writing fics when there is a lot of time after the first time characters have hooked-up/had sex.

Horror/Spooky atmosphere - I have written a lot of horror focused fics and my OG project is more of a horror fantasy. I've been a big horror fan since I was a kid. I'm a spooky/goth-lite kind of gal in general. So I like to bring that into my writing and play around with it.

Hail Larry😈

My Ramblings: Sick character episode! And it's Rippen! We get to see his bedroom once again, and his pajamas. We also see Freddy, the stuffed poodle mentioned in the previous episode. So cute!

Larry here to the rescue with alphabet soup with only R's, I's, P's, P's, E's, and N's (and chicken heads)! Find out that Larry got through his security system by using a glove made with... Rippen's fingerprints. This is the first peek at Larry's tendencies. But was for an emergency, like Rippen being sick. He just wants to care for him and make sure he gets his R & R & R. Rest, relaxation, and rapid eye moment.

What does it feel like yo have your eyelids forcibly closed? Must feel weird. Rippen's sick voice is highly amusing.

Here's the other one of those "Larry is strong" scenes, he just tackles the building that is Rippen and pulls him by his feet without a care or showing any struggle. I've pulled people like that, it's not an easy and casual thing you can just do! Larry is strong. Good, the better to hug with.

Rippen also brings up the fact that only he can win to become a full-time villain. Makes sense here, if it's just Larry and he wins, yeah, he would be the full-time villain instead. So that should mean, Boone and Sashi can't win a mission right? Well, can of worms later.

Phyllis is an icon. She'll straight up kill you if you possibly have Pandorian Moon Warts and she'll make molds of your face while you sleep to make a wielding mask.

Mission? Skeletons are going to release Satan from Hell... basically. This episode works as a Halloween episode, I guess. But it was released in April... damn, so close.

Poor bug, he just wanted to make friends, he's not that bad.

AH-RAH TAH-RAH SOL-TA-NI

That axe is straight out of Trollhunters, that goes with Jim's eclipse armor, return that! That's his back-up!

What an awesome entrance for Rip- LARRY! DEMON LARRY! This form is so perfect for Rippen, too bad, it's Larry time! Rippen ain't moving an inch, he threw up in class six times. Now Larry has the tig ol' bitties!

All the skeletons are just deep voiced and drawled out Rippen! I love when he does additional voices.

Also surprised that Larry doesn't call himself Larry, he calls himself Overlord. Just a neat detail.

This could've been the quickest mission in history, but Penn's heart gets the best of him. It's nice to see that he cares but that's definitely gonna bite him in the ass. But, I to, wouldn't want to see my nice principal get stabbed by a bunch of skeletons either.

"A part-time hero saves anyone in need, even his enemies." Penn, you're such a good person, genuinely. I like that this especially since it takes place after "I'm Still Super."

This whole traveling to the stairs thing is adorable as the skeletons like him more and more. Starting to sing along the way.

Oh god, the Rippen's nightmare. I hate this part so much! So it's super effective. I'd be scarred for life too if I was him, I think I am. God, it haunts me. Anyways that yell, huh? Not really a scream. It's funny and kind of cute? Is that the word I'm look for?

Uh oh, Larry's really feeling it now. But not in a "becomes addicted to power and becomes a jerkass" kind of way, he's just juiced up! I love that all the skeletons find him fun, Larry is so proud. And the cute chuckling into devilish, bellowing laughter? ADORE. His widdle fangs...

The Trio will forever be haunted by the fact that they were seconds away from losing to Larry and dying, all thanks to Penn. His screams to are a bit unsettling. This show has such great voice acting from everyone!

Phil, your how old and haven't tried lemon? Same age as Phyllis which is... old.

Rippen is here to save the day! Dang, wanted to see Larry win. That's OK. Larry doesn't care at all that Rippen just pummeled him to the ground and destroyed his axe, just the fact that he's feeling better. What a good friend. Oh, he's crushing him to death with his tig ol' bitties.

And what about "a part-time hero saves anyone in need, even his enemies?" He learned his lesson, let the skele-rip perish.

~The Characters~

Penn Zero: The heart on this boy. I'm sure being curious to see what would happen also probably helped fuel his compassion in Larry. All he wanted to do is help Larry out and boost his confidence, can you blame him? Well, yes, actually. They all almost died!

Boone Wiseman: He's there, looking good. Not befriending that giant bug.

Sashi Kobayashi: Penn should have listened to her... but I'm glad he didn't, sorry Sash.

Rippen: I have a headcanon that he's terrified of feet... I wonder why I'd think that!

Larry: Had a blast and almost won through pure glee and joy. I want him to be my boss, I'm looking for a new one.

Dimension(s): The cemetery and the Overlord's crypt looked sick, but we spend must of the time walking back to the top. Don't even see them in a boat!

Forms: Penn? He ate. No crumbs. Everyone go home. Actually, demon Larry? You stay, with your adorable face plastered on the buffest demon in Hell. Boone and Sashi are great, too. Skeleton Rippen? Good till he was basically being turned to dust.

Also, I replayed the demo and please promise me Arlan’s gonna be okay since in the demo, the twin were born during the black sun and someone mentioned the child will not survive long. Do I Follow Them? Duh. Of course I do! And I'd be a fool not to follow Locke, because both he and Clarissa are positively rad! And you can bet that they'll be stuck with me till Tumblr crashes and burns for good xD

Why Did I Follow Them? I'll be honest, Locke found me first. I scoped out his blog and I was instantly fascinated by Clarissa. She's a strong, well-rooted, round character, with a captivating even if tragic backstory and plenty of flaws that make her feel so very real. I really admired how beautifully built she is and I was really flattered than her creator had chosen to follow my silly blog xD I had to follow back u-u

Do We Role Play? Yeah, we do! It's a bit sporadic, because Life Gets in the Way™, but we've built a great dynamic between my main Rick and Clarissa, with lots of juicy lore that's ever expanding (especially in the joint verse with Rin!). Not to mention the blossoming friendship between Morty and Clarissa / Chance, and all the other potential dynamics we've discussed 😎

Do I Want To Role Play With Them: YEAH, of course, absolutely, gimme gimme gimme! For all the reasons I listed up there! And also for many more. The troubled relationship and character development. The delicious angst. Seeing these two walking disasters hating and loving each other and failing to get their shared shit together. But also the softest moments, both past and futures. Also, Locke's writing is fantastic.

An AU Idea For Our Muses: Watch me totally failing at coming up with one x'D The only idea I can think of right now is a scenario like "What if the government Rick and his rebel pals were fighting back in the days was Eclipse and not the Federation?" 🤔 It could definitely offer a lot of chances for speculation!

A Song For Our Muses: We kind of have our little playlist for Rick and Clarissa by now, even if I'll be honest and admit that Locke has contributed to it more than I did 😅 Sooo, I'm gonna pick a new song to add to it u-u "The Life You Left Behind" by SinHeresy. Have some post break-up angst 😈

Do I Ship Our Muses? Heck yeah! Clarissa and Rick and their troubled relationship have a very special place in my heart! They are such a big source of emotions (angst especially, but not only) and I wouldn't have it any other way. Plus, as I mentioned, I'm really soft for Chance and Morty 🥰 They are so wholesome!

What I Think About The Mun: Every good thing you can want in a RP partner you can find it with Locke! He's thoughtful, engaging, fun, creative, and he's also a great, smart person. I feel really blessed for having met him!

last book i read: jacques lacan: the basics by calum neill. i got curious about his philosophy after watching a yt video essay and chose a random book about him avilable on my audiobook subscription (storytel). i can't really tell how accurate it was but i did enjoy it. also it's written in a very beginer-friendly way so i guess i can recommend it even if you don't know anything about philosophy

a book i recommend: please please please read Stoner by John Williams i need someone to talk to about it. if you like sad and thought-provoking reads, this is a book for you. it tells a story of the life of William Stoner, a literature professor at a local university, from his childhood until his death. i think the true tragedy of this book is how usual stoner's pain is - you probably know someone like him, someone whose life is so average and yet so miserable. i could literally spend hours talking about this book, it's just so good and so full of nuance. it really changes your life perspective, especially if you're into academia. that being said, you need to be in a good mental state to read it since it's quite depressing (i lowkey had a nervous breakdown after reading this).

a book i couldn't put down: at first i bought six of crows by leigh bardugo as a light, casual read and really didn't expect to like it as much as i did. the characters are very well-written and the story, though slow-paced, was incredibly captivating

a book on my tbr: i got norwegian wood by haruki murakami from my friend for christmas so now it's pretty high on my tbr

a book i've put down: i'll probably trigger my polish moots with this but the doll by bolesław prus. in theory, it has everything i like in a book - long, complicated and multi-layered story set in the 19th century. but i just hated all the characters so much i couldn't care less for their thoughts and feelings and quit reading altogether

a book on my wishlist: choosing terror by malisa linton has been on my tbr for the longest time but the book is so expensive QwQ. i have it in pdf, but my eyesight is terrible, so reading it like this is super inconvenient and overall unpleasant for me

a book i would give to a friend: the secret history by donna tartt is hardly ever on my bookshelf, that's how often i lend it

a book of poetry/lyrics you own: i 've got quite a lot, but if i had to choose something that stands out, i have six books of juliusz słowacki's selected works that i read from time to time. it was printed in the '80s so it is kinda falling apart (bthe quality of books wasn't very good in communist poland unfortunately) but i like this edition a lot anyway (PIW, dzieła wybrane, 1987)

a non-fiction book you own: i also have a few of these, but my top non-fiction recommendation is europeans: three lives and the making of a cosmopolitan culture by orlando figes. it's full to the brim with information about 19th century european music, art and literature, while remaining very captivating throughout its entire lenght

currently reading: odd girls and twilight lovers: a history of lesbian life in 20th century america by lillian faderman since i figured it's about time to learn something about queer culutre other than tumblr.com lol

planning on reading next: either where are your boys tonight? by  chris payne which is a book about the "myspace era" of emo music that i also got for christmas or madame bovary by gustave flaubert - a classic that i have to read for school which i think i'll really like

Book I recommend: Depends who you are, but I'd almost universally suggest Piranesi by Susanna Clarke to anyone looking for magic, weirdness and profound empathy.

Book I couldn't put down: Foucault in Warsaw/Foucault w Warszawie by Remigiusz Ryziński. Haunting.

A book on my TBR: The Dream of Enlightenment by Anthony Gottlieb. Picked it up cheap in Oxford and it looks promising.

A book I've put down: I probably said this last time too, but Donna Tartt's The Goldfinch. Slogged through the first 100+ pages and just couldn't find anything to keep me interested.

Hihi, thanks for the ask!

What’s your longest work?

Had to consult AO3 for this one. Apparently it’s Home Sweet Home at 45,453 words! But I’m fairly certain The Brave is going to eclipse that, as we’re already at 32,117 and we’re just halfway into the story.

How far do you diverge from canon when writing?

I am totally going to spare you my thoughts about usefulness of canon in fanfiction writing, else I just won’t stfu. But how far I end up diverging depends on what I’m writing. For in-universe works, I find it’s easiest to lean heavily into canon and sort of build from the scaffolding of the source work. I find it creates much less confusion among readers, especially if you don’t set a firm baseline for why/how your story diverges early on in the narrative. I don’t want readers so distracted by “Wait, what’s this change??” that it takes them out of the story.

But with AU writing, it’s most fun to just go nuts! I think AUs are strongest when they have a compelling baseline concept or story that picks specific details from canon so that the reader knows just what to infer. In HSH, for example, when Time hints at his past with Dark, the reader just knows to infer “We tried to kill each other on one or more occasions in the past.” Or, all I had to mention was that Midna made contact with Twi, and readers went feral with speculation as to how their relationship parallels canon (and they were mostly right).

1. What is a piece of symbolism in your fic?

In Burn Forever With Me, Elain and Lucien watch a lunar eclipse that I used as symbolism for Elain embracing a different path than the Night Court and leaving with Lucien.

"As the eclipse reached its apex, the dark shadow morphed into a deep orangey-red as if the moon rejected being covered in darkness."

2. Do you have any easter eggs in your fic?

I have done a few. Almost every fic I have contains a few words of song lyrics that I really love the imagery. If anyone can identify it in the most recent chapter of Summer Heat and tell me the song and band you get a hundred kisses from me. Really if anyone has ever picked up on it in any of my fics I would squeal with delight.

I've also deliberately dropped references to Succession in my fics, especially Roman Roy because he's my baby. There is a scene in Summer Heat where Lucien smells a rose and I have him do this exact move.

7. What character do you enjoy writing most? Why?

Gosh this is hard to answer. I really love writing so many especially Elain, Lucien, and Eris. But I think for this I'm gonna answer my OC in Summer Heat - Alexius. I'm having such a good time getting to know who he is and how he interacts with others, but especially his relationship with Eris. It's the first time I've really truly delved into OC writing for romantic purposes in fanfic, and I'm a bit addicted to him now. Chicago is so two years ago...

2 years ago. Chicago. 

Billy’s just turned 15, and he’s got to get the fuck out of California. Now that David is… gone, there's nothing tying him here anymore. Neil and Susan have a new golden, replacement child they can dote on and Billy can finally break free of the family tree like the diseased branch he’s always felt he was.

He doesn't know where to go. 

At least he wouldn’t have. If he hadn't managed to decode the message on the postcard from a sister he hasn't thought about in years. Kali. 

It’s been a long time since he’d used that specific cipher, but once he saw the familiar glyphs, a section of his brain lit up in memory and his heart ached at that after all this time, his real family came back to find him.

Fast forward through a painfully long road trip full of regrets and bad decisions and you will make it to the warehouse in Chicago Kali mentioned. It’s worn down, condemnably so, and probably full of crack heads. But, it had a roof, and a super kid leagues stronger than himself to watch his back and really, that’s all Billy needs right now.

Kali doesn't come alone. Of course she doesn't. Even Brenner couldn't carve out her bleeding heart for strays. Inside the vast warehouse was another 4 humans he’s never met before. Funshine-another super from unknown origins, Mick-human, runaway from an abusive ex in Detroit, Dolly,-another runaway from a trafficking ring, and Axel, Kali’s business partner, boyfriend, and right hand man with a tragic backstory that eclipsed all of theirs combined. But Billy wouldn't come to find out those particularly gruesome details until much later. 

Kali introduces him as ‘Judas, but he prefers Jude’, and he doesn't correct her. Billy is weary of strangers. Especially so many. He can't help it, he’s been trained to be. And if bridges got burned here too, it was better they didn't know his real name.

Billy stays with them for a year. In that time, his other family hasn’t attempted to contact, track him down, or file a missing persons report. Billy tries not to let it sting and Instead just focus on the family he does have now. Kali, who has quickly become his best friend and confidant, Mick and Funshine who were still with them even when so many others have filtered in and back out. Axel…who was a ‘complicated at best’ relationship on good days. 

Billy thought Axel and Kali made a great pair. They balanced each others crazy out well. But Billy and Axel? They were like water on a benzene fire. They didn't hate each other, they actually got along quite well. Right up until the moment they didn't. And once that happened, Billy had no choice but to leave. He had to break ties with Axel in a way that did risk losing Kali. He had to go back to California. 

It was his fault. Well, it was Axel's fault shit went down the way it did, but it was Billy’s fault for getting drunk and making the first move 8 months ago that lit the match that led to the unpredictable inferno that was their purely sexual relationship that left them both burned and buried under the ashes.

Billy blinked and looked at his boyfriend who was trying and failing to hide his worry. 

Billy reached across the bed to bring their lips together. Steve melted under the kiss as predicted, holding tight onto Billy like a lifeline. 

“Yeah babe, why wouldn't I be?”

Maybe it was a white lie, but he didn't need Steve bailing on him too.

Okay, multiple things:

Karlach continued:

Karlach has a modern, electric engine, but it's thermal powered (requires heat, instead of producing it). It was designed for a volcanic mining outpost or something (she may have been forced into being a soldier to secure resources against the local aliens/wildlife) — and in its intended environment it would empower her to do superhuman feats. But without as much heat, she's incredibly weak, and can die.

Electric spells could maybe boost it temporarily, but she doesn't have resistance, so fire spells are better, but still limited viability.

She's also probably a Wildheart barbarian, because I like everyone connecting with nature through this experience, speaking with animals (what would they have to say? 😯)

Other Companions:

Jaheira, Minsc, and Minthara were probably Halsin's former companions from the 'Degasi'. Halsin's the only remaining survivor, locally (Minthara's got Marguerit vibes, so she may have made it to the arctic zone 👀).

Gortash as AL-AN, in a kind of transhumanist way? Questionable experiments, did a lot of damage that seriously fucked things up for everyone. The only one who can fix Karlach's engine situation.

He doesn't have a history with Durge, but putting him in the dragonborn's head seems deviously delightful 😈

Durge:

Beast Master Ranger — survival skills, friendly with animals. Learns a lot from Halsin.

Halsin continued:

Probably lives in a giant mushroom tree. I'm deciding if that's on the fungal platforms, or literally inside, since I just found out there's a giant tree, hollowed out with winding caves inside 😮

Also, assuming wildshape normally retains your sex — the animals of 4546B are all hermaphroditic. They can't correspond to Halsin's elf form, so I'm thinking overtime, his elf form has adopted his wildshape characteristics and become intersex.

Astarion continued:

Accidentally gets caught out during the day because of a solar eclipse (literally had that happen in game shortly before my mom informed me the eclipse was today 🤣). I think he's at Halsin's tree, hiding under a fungal platform, and Halsin finds him and takes him inside.

Alternatively, they've already met and have a thing going where Halsin gives him blood, and Halsin comments on him being early. Normally Astarion doesn't like to stick around (especially with limited time to get home safely), but he ends up sleeping over for the afternoon 😏

Wyll:

I feel like Mizora would find this too inconvenient for him serving her, and just bring him to Hell, and open another portal from there to an outpost or something.

Great Old Ones are Cthulhu-esque, that would be pretty cool as common patrons in some alien civilisations. I imagine the precursors engineered themselves out of being able to channel magic or something (or went extinct), but the Great Old Ones used to use them as warlocks. Now, one makes a pact with Wyll, maybe hoping he'll find a way to restore the precursors as potential warlock servants — or perhaps humanoids from his own civilisation will become the next generation of Great Old One warlocks...

Shadowheart:

Not sure how much I'd change her backstory, she'd probably be a Selûnite cleric at some point (if she doesn't start that way). Again, I'm inclined to go nature domain 😅 I also picture her as a scientist, though — someone trying to find a cure on a scale she can't do with magic.

Splash Landing

The BG3 characters in Subnautica (spoilers for Subnautica and Subnautica: Below Zero)

The companions are the only survivors of their ship crash-landing on 4546B. Durge definitely got hit in the head and has amnesia.

They have to learn how to survive in the new environment, build a base together and are living in close quarters and communal spaces. Some of them probably get annoyed or otherwise have ideas of independence, or don't agree on where to settle, making their own bases — but overall they live together.

Halsin is the rugged survivor of a previous crash. He's learned druidic magic that helps him adapt to and survive the planet. He's come to love his new home, and the life within it, and his wild shapes are all native species.

He's been fending off the disease on himself with Lesser Restoration, but with no means (or desire) to leave, and evidence of space faring civilisations unable to cure and contain it should they show up, he's elected to leave the quarantine platform active.

This is a major point of contention with the companions — both because he could have prevented the deadly crash of their ship, and because they have schematics for an escape ship, and want to disable it so they can leave. The question is, can he re-expose it to the disease, and successfully reactivate it after they leave, or will shutting it down make it completely unresponsive, unable to read the disease?

Ultimately, I think the companions have access to more modern technology and vehicles, allowing everyone to travel to the very depths, and find a true cure

Or, you know, they take a Cyclops to the area of Below Zero (if you disable the platform before the Sunbeam arrives, the Captain will state there's too much debris in orbit to land. So I like the idea of — even once the quarantine is disabled, and you can make your escape ship — deciding to head away from the equator for a better takeoff location), where they find AL-AN.

Imagine you're Lunar, and you see your "abuser" of a brother being docile and kind to other people while you got a whole different person from him

The hurt I would feel would be tremendous 🥲 Like was I the problem from the start?
